Ryan Cleland-Bogle

Ryan graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2000.

In 2002, he co-founded Carrington Fox, a financial markets recruiter. The business grew to 100 fee earners across London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore across four brands by the time Ryan was 27. He exited in 2012.

In 2009 Ryan founded Lucas Love Healthcare, a private sector nursing agency in Ireland. LLHC sold to Bettercare Capital in 2016.

In 2014 Ryan became CEO of Recruitment Entrepreneur. The business scaled to 130 people in just 2.5 years and Ryan originated, structured and transacted on their most successful investments. He left to set up Tempting Ventures.

Tempting Ventures made its first investment in late 2017. They now have 7 brands in STEM and Professional Services with offices in London, Stoke, New York, Indianapolis, Palm Beach Gardens and Miami.
