Ralph has been working in recruitment for ten years and has been focused on retained executive search for the last seven. Currently, he works across the Restructuring and Transactions ecosystem, identifying, developing, and extracting top talent and advising clients on market intelligence and talent strategies.

Previously, Ralph worked within the FinTech, aerospace, defense, and technology industries, partnering with the leading firms and contractors. During this time, he led many successful searches centered around C-Suite and Senior leader opportunities.

Ralph enjoys traveling, fishing, music, and cooking when not working. Ralph holds a BS in Political Science with a minor in Urban & Community Studies from the University of Connecticut.
